The part that was ordered was not in stock and was placed on back order which was then delayed by the manufacturer. During the whole process I was updated in a timely manner, offered a refund if wanted and investigated an alternative part which was not an option. Throughout this process the information was timely, accurate and courteous. This is what I expect but seldom receive from others. A good experience in difficult circumstances. Well done
